My name is Gary C. Before building technology startups, I owned and operated two car washes in Los Angeles. I saw first-hand how most so-called “tech solutions” actually created friction for owners—too many disconnected integrations, constant management headaches, and services that made businesses more dependent, not less.

To solve that problem, I founded Orderbyte, the first AI digital employee for restaurants, long before AI became today’s buzzword. Orderbyte streamlined operations and empowered owners. After the company’s acquisition, I, with my co-founding partners, launched PizzaBox AI—the only enterprise pizza subscription platform, now used by over 3,000 restaurants to manage memberships and boost recurring revenue.
